Terms & Conditions

Important information about appointments, payments, cancellations, and our healthcare services.

By booking an appointment or using our medical services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on the date and time selected by the patient and confirmed by our team.

  • Please provide accurate and complete personal and medical information when booking an appointment.

  • Patients are requested to arrive on time for in-person appointments.

  • For telemedicine appointments, patients should be available at the scheduled time and have a stable internet connection and a suitable private environment.

  • Appointment times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or clinical emergencies.

2. Appointment Fees and Payment

  • The applicable appointment or service fee will be displayed before the appointment is submitted or confirmed.

  • Payment may be made through the available payment methods shown during booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for certain tests, procedures, reports, medications, or other services where applicable.

  • Fees may be changed from time to time, but the applicable fee should be communicated before confirmation of the appointment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling subject to our applicable cancellation policy.

  • Please provide reasonable notice if you are unable to attend your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the appointment fee, where applicable.

  • Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

4. Telemedicine Services

  • Telemedicine consultations are provided remotely through available communication technology.

  • The healthcare professional will determine whether your condition is appropriate for telemedicine or whether an in-person examination or other medical assessment is required.

  • Telemedicine may have limitations because a physical examination, certain diagnostic tests, or immediate clinical intervention may not be possible remotely.

  • Technical problems such as poor internet connectivity, audio/video issues, or service interruptions may affect the consultation.

  • Patients should ensure that they are in a private and reasonably secure location during a telemedicine consultation.

5. Emergency Situations

Telemedicine and appointment services are not intended to replace emergency medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, please contact your local emergency service or go to the nearest emergency department immediately rather than waiting for an appointment.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We respect the privacy and confidentiality of patients and their medical information.

  • Information provided during appointments will be handled in accordance with applicable professional, legal, and privacy requirements.

  • Patients should also take reasonable steps to protect their privacy during telemedicine consultations, such as using a private location and secure device.

  • Where electronic communication or telemedicine is used, patients acknowledge that technical or security risks may exist despite reasonable safeguards.

7. Medical Information and Consent

  • Patients are responsible for providing accurate information about their medical history, symptoms, medications, allergies, and other relevant health information.

  • Patients may ask questions about their consultation, proposed investigations, or treatment.

  • By proceeding with an appointment, the patient consents to receiving the selected service and understands that the healthcare professional may recommend further examination, investigations, referral, or treatment where clinically appropriate.

  • For telemedicine, consent should be obtained and appropriately documented as required by applicable rules.

8. Reports, Prescriptions and Recommendations

  • Any prescription, medical advice, report, referral, or recommendation will be provided only where clinically appropriate.

  • A prescription or recommendation does not guarantee a particular medical outcome.

  • Patients should follow medical instructions carefully and seek further medical attention when advised.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve external laboratories, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, payment providers, or other healthcare facilities. Their services may be subject to their own terms, fees, and policies.

10. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

While we aim to provide professional and appropriate healthcare services, medical outcomes can vary between individuals. No specific diagnosis, treatment result, recovery time, or outcome can be guaranteed.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, appointment type, fee, or booking procedure when necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an appointment request, you confirm that:

  • The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • You agree to the applicable appointment, payment, cancellation, and service policies.

  • You understand that telemedicine has limitations and may require an in-person consultation when clinically necessary.
